My Path

I am an experienced yoga teacher, a mindset coach, and a devoted guide of the Divine Feminine.
I’m also a mother, a wife, a deeply connected human being who knows what it means to juggle it all — and still crave a life that feels sacred, intentional, and aligned.

My passion lies in helping women like you create lives where they thrive — not just survive. Where your wellness is non-negotiable. Where your soul is in the driver’s seat. Where your business supports your purpose and your rest.

With a holistic, heart-centered approach, I blend spiritual practices, energetic work, and aligned strategy into every space I hold.
