This complimentary 20-minute Meet & Greet is a relaxed, no-pressure conversation designed to help you get to know me, and for me to understand where you’re at in your journey toward balance and holistic well-being. During our time together, we’ll: Explore what’s currently on your heart and mind Clarify your goals and challenges Discuss how mind-body-soul practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork can support you Touch on simple, nourishing lifestyle shifts that can help you feel more grounded and empowered This brief session is your invitation to remember your inner wisdom, reclaim your well-being, and rise into a more aligned, vibrant life — all in a welcoming and supportive space. If it feels like a good fit, we can then explore next steps together, including the full 60-minute consultation designed to craft your personalized path forward.
Cancellation Policy
At the heart of this journey is respect — for your time, your growth, and the sacred space we create together. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer that time to another soul seeking support. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This helps honor the time and preparation dedicated just for you. No-shows will be charged the full session fee, as your spot was reserved with your journey in mind. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, there’s no fee, and we’ll find a new time that feels right for you. I understand life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible — I’m here to support you, and exceptions can be made with care and compassion.
