Service Description
This 60 minute connection is a nurturing, grounded space for women who are ready to create more balance, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and bring more intention into how they live and care for themselves. As a yoga teacher and holistic guide, I’ll support you in exploring where you are and what’s calling for change — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Using mind-body-soul practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork, we’ll begin clearing the path back to you. You’ll also receive practical lifestyle guidance to help you: Integrate whole, nourishing foods in simple, non-overwhelming ways Make intentional ingredient swaps and build a supportive pantry Align your home and habits with your values Incorporate calming rituals that support your nervous system and energy This session is your starting point to remember who you are, reclaim your well-being, and rise into the life you’re meant to live — with clarity, compassion, and confidence.
Cancellation Policy
At the heart of this journey is respect — for your time, your growth, and the sacred space we create together. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer that time to another soul seeking support. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This helps honor the time and preparation dedicated just for you. No-shows will be charged the full session fee, as your spot was reserved with your journey in mind. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, there’s no fee, and we’ll find a new time that feels right for you. I understand life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible — I’m here to support you, and exceptions can be made with care and compassion. Because this work is about empowering you to Remember, Reclaim, and Rise, this policy helps maintain a respectful, nurturing space where your transformation can truly take flight.
