Strong. Curvy. Still becoming. You don’t need to be flexible—just willing to breathe, soften, and return to yourself. This practice is a gentle remembering. A calling home to your body, your breath, your truth. Yoga soothes the nervous system, clears the mind, and opens portals—physical, emotional, spiritual. We are nature. And here, beneath the open sky, we remember. Join me in sacred space. Move with intention. Come as you are—and leave a little more whole.

Cancellation Policy
At the heart of this journey is respect — for your time, your growth, and the sacred space we create together. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. This allows me to offer that time to another soul seeking support. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. This helps honor the time and preparation dedicated just for you. No-shows will be charged the full session fee, as your spot was reserved with your journey in mind. If you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, there’s no fee, and we’ll find a new time that feels right for you. I understand life is unpredictable. If an emergency arises, please reach out as soon as possible — I’m here to support you, and exceptions can be made with care and compassion. Because this work is about empowering you to Remember, Reclaim, and Rise, this policy helps maintain a respectful, nurturing space where your transformation can truly take flight.
